This Cancellation Policy applies to bookings made with Come With Me ehf. through this website.
By completing a booking, you agree to this Cancellation Policy together with our
Terms and Conditions.

2. General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email or through the booking channel used, where available.
- The effective time of cancellation is the time we receive the cancellation request.
- Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made and the nature of the booked service.
3. Standard Transport Services
For standard airport transfers, private rides, and similar transport services, the following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: eligible for a full refund.
- 24 hours or less before pickup: non-refundable.
4. Tours, Stopovers, and Custom Services
For longer services, stopover transfers, day tours, or custom/private bookings that involve reserved time, route planning, or special arrangements, different cancellation terms may apply depending on the service booked.
- If special cancellation terms apply to a specific product or booking, those terms will take priority if clearly stated during the booking process or in writing.
- If no special terms are stated, the standard cancellation terms above will apply.
5. No-Show Policy
- If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup point and does not make contact within the included waiting time, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- For airport pickups, the included waiting time is normally up to 90 minutes after the flight’s actual landing time, unless otherwise stated.
6. Late Arrivals and Delays
- If the customer is delayed, they should contact us as soon as possible.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays, but this cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges depending on the circumstances.
- If a flight is delayed and the correct flight number was provided in the booking, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pickup time accordingly.
7. Changes Instead of Cancellation
If you need to change your booking instead of cancelling it, please contact us as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in a revised price.
8. Refunds
- Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
- Any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred in connection with the booking may be deducted where applicable and lawful.
9. Cancellation by Come With Me ehf.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or materially change a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or operational necessity, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather or unsafe road conditions
- Road closures or public restrictions
- Vehicle unavailability due to safety or operational issues
- Events outside our reasonable control
If we cancel a booking and no reasonable alternative can be provided, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the affected booking.
