By using this website or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered
Come With Me ehf. provides private transport and tourism-related services in Iceland, including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers
- Private rides
- Blue Lagoon stopover transfers
- Day tours and custom private transport services
Services are subject to availability, route conditions, weather, operational limits, and confirmation of booking details.
3. Booking Process
- Bookings may be made through our website.
- The customer must provide accurate and complete booking information, including passenger details, pickup and drop-off details, date, time, and where relevant, flight information.
- A booking is considered confirmed once the customer completes the booking process and, where applicable, payment is successfully completed or accepted.
- We reserve the right to contact the customer if clarification is needed before the booking can be fulfilled.
4. Pricing
- Prices shown on this website are in Icelandic króna (ISK), unless otherwise stated.
- Website prices apply to the selected route and booking details shown at checkout.
- Additional services or changes, such as extra stops, waiting time beyond the included allowance, child seats, or custom requests, may affect the final price.
- If a service is booked outside the website, different pricing may apply.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment may be collected online through the payment methods offered on the website, or in other agreed ways where explicitly offered.
- When online payment is required, the booking may not be considered complete until payment is successfully authorized or received.
- If a payment is declined, interrupted, reversed, or not completed, we may cancel or refuse the booking until valid payment is received.
6. Airport Pickups and Waiting Time
- For airport pickup services, the customer must provide the correct flight number where requested.
- For airport pickups, waiting time is included for up to 90 minutes after the flight’s actual landing time, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- If the customer does not appear or make contact within that period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
- Meet and greet service is provided where included in the booked service.
7. Changes to a Booking
- Requests to change a booking should be made as early as possible.
- Changes are subject to availability.
- Changes in route, timing, number of passengers, stops, or service level may result in a revised price.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our
Cancellation Policy.
- Approved refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Processing time for refunds may depend on the payment provider or issuing bank.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate booking information.
- The customer is responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
- The customer must ensure that luggage, passenger count, and any special requirements match what was booked.
- Passengers must behave respectfully and lawfully during the service.
10. Service Limitations
We aim to provide the booked service as agreed. However, timing and availability may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures or traffic incidents
- Flight delays or airline changes
- Police instructions, public restrictions, or emergencies
- Other force majeure events
11. Liability
- Come With Me ehf. is not liable for delays, disruptions, or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Iceland.
